January 2023 – May 2023:Analyze data collected through engagement and environmental scanning processes
April 2023 – June 2023:Develop draft EDI Strategic Plan
June 2023 – February 2024:Obtain feedback from stakeholders about the draft EDI Strategic Plan
March 2024: Launch the official EDI Strategic Plan
March 2024:Commence EDI Strategic Plan Implementation
