Celebrate Black History Month with the Office of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion! At Western, we’re highlighting alumni voices and fostering spaces for the Black community to thrive, ensuring Black stories, experiences and legacies are at the forefront of our programming. 

We are proud to share Western’s Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, Decolonization and Accessibility (EDIDA) Strategic Plan: Advancing Inclusive Excellence, our collaborative roadmap to building a more inclusive Western community and campus.

The Office of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion hosts a variety of online modules, workshops, and certificates that are available to the Western Community. 

Western has renamed the Western Equity Census to the Western Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (WIDE) Survey to reflect its dynamic nature and widespread scope. The questions were updated by the EDI Data Working Group, who engaged in extensive consultation processes with the wider campus community.
